Mt Baw Baw employs staff in a wide variety of positions including Guest Services Officers, Operations Officers, Food & Beverage Officers, Guest Services Officers, Resort Entry and Chain Fitting, Shuttle / Oversnow Drivers, Retail / Rental, Snow Sport Instructors, Ski Patrollers, Housekeeping, Lift Operators, Snow Grooming and more.

Expression of interest year-round

If you love the outdoors and working with a positive, hard-working team and feel you have the skills and experience, then come and join the Southern Alpine Management Board team.

We are accepting Expression of Interest to work in the following departments:

  • Hospitality
  • Operations
  • Visitor Experience
  • Ski Patrol

To register your interest please forward a copy of your resume and a brief cover note expressing which one of the four departments you are interested in working to careers@southernalpine.vic.gov.au.

SARMB will hold a copy of your resume on our records for a maximum period of 6 months. During this time, your resume will be shared with the appropriate hiring manager who will contact you to discuss any suitable roles. Please note, if you wish to apply for specific snow season roles, please keep an eye out and apply for these on our careers page.
