All visitors using skis or snowboards within the resort must have a valid snow area lift pass, regardless of whether the lifts are used.

Students must show a valid high school or university card with photo.
Seniors are considered those aged 65-70 years
Seniors over 70 are free. Proof of age or student card required, subject to available capacity.

Mid-Week Peak Session Times:
- Session 1: 9:15am-12:45pm
- Session 2: 12:45pm – 4:15pm
Mid-Week Off Peak Session Times:
- All Day: 9:15am – 4:15pm
Weekends & School Holiday Session Times:
- Session 1: 9:15am – 11:00am
- Session 2: 11:00am – 12:45pm
- Session 3: 12:45pm – 2:30pm
- Session 4: 2:30pm – 4:15pm
