Resort entry fees apply at all Victorian ski resorts during snow season
Early Bird and All Resorts Season Permits NOW ON SALE
Alpine Resorts Victoria has now released 2026 vehicle season permits for the
upcoming snow season including All Resort Season Permits, and single resort Early
Bird Season Permits.
· A season permit provide strong value for frequent visitors and offer unlimited access
and drive-through resort entry for the duration of the snow season.
· Early Bird sales close at 12pm, Thursday 2 April 2026.
· Early Bird Resort Specific Permits offer savings of more than $100 compared with
standard pricing and represent the best value for visitors planning 8 days or more at
a single resort.
· Seniors’ discounts are available on season permits only, for single resort permits,
including Early Bird season permits (terms and conditions apply).
· The All Resorts Season Permit gives unlimited vehicle access to all 6 ARV resorts,
supporting cross-resort travel for visitors.
· Due to the implementation of the new online store, all users will be required to create a new account before purchasing 2026 vehicle permits. · Day and multiday vehicle permits will be released closer to the 2026 winter season.
2026 Resort Entry Prices
Resort Entry (Car)

$69 per day
Resort entry bookings must include the day of arrival and departure.
Example: If you are arriving on Friday and Departing on Sunday, 3-day Resort Entry pass will need to be purchased.
This cost covers a vehicle with 1 – 8 Passengers. If there are 9 or more passengers, you will need to purchase ‘Bus Passenger Entry’ per person.
Passenger Entry (Bus seating 9 or more)

Adult: $22.00 per person
Child (0-12 Years): $12.00 per person
Passenger rate: Applies to vehicles carrying 9 or more passengers. Each person must purchase a Passenger Pass for the trip.
Mt Baw Baw Resort Season Permit

EARLY BIRD Season Entry Permit: Covers your entrance fee to Mt Baw Baw for the entire declared snow season. (on sale until April 2nd)
All Resorts Season Permits are now available for $959 per car.
Can I bring a motorbike to the snow?

Motorcycles are not permitted to enter the resort during declared snow season as snow chains can’t be fitted.
Do I have to pay for parking at Mt Baw Baw?
Unlike at other Resorts such as Mt Buller there is no additional charge for parking. Your parking is included with your Resort Entry Pass at Mt Baw Baw.
Important information

- Payment at the gate is card only.
- Chain hire is not included in Resort Entry fee.
- You must carry wheel chains and we recommend hiring BEFORE you get to the resort. Learn more
- You will be refused entry if you arrive at the gate and do not have chains, and we have sold out of your size. Capacity at the gate may be limited.
- There is no resort entry charge outside of declared snow season (Green season)
Resort Entry Shuttle Service
Is there a shuttle service to avoid driving in the snow?

Yes, we have a Resort shuttle service (Resort Entry → Village)
The resort operates a shuttle between Resort Entry and Mt Baw Baw Village (Carpark 1) during the declared winter season.
- Fare: From $40 per person return.
- Children: Ages 5 and under travel free.
- Operating hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM daily during the season.
- Shuttle Schedule: There are no fixed departure times; the shuttle runs continuously up and down the road throughout the operating hours.
Pickup locations:
– Resort Entry/Chain Bay: Next to the chain‑hire area.
– Village: In front of the Guest Services building.
– Resort Entry pass: A valid Resort Entry pass must be purchased in addition to the shuttle fare to cover the cost of parking your car.
– Refunds: No refunds are provided if road conditions are clear or snow
Do you charge for chains if I park at Resort entry and take the shuttle?

We do not charge for chains if you park at Resort Entry and opt to take the shuttle up. However, you will still need to pay for Resort Entry and the Shuttle fee per person.
Please note: Snow occasionally falls below entry gate, and there are times you need them to access the shuttle service. We recommend checking the forecast before arrival.

Terms & Conditions
Prices are applicable from Kings Birthday Weekend until declared end of the ski season. Fees are pursuant to the number of days a vehicle stays within the Resort.
“Bus” means a motor vehicle (together with any trailer attached to it), seating more than 8 adults (including the driver). A child on a bus under 6 years is free. All prices are in Australian dollars.
