The Mount Baw Baw Village provides you with an array of ceremony locations from the Village Restaurant deck an natural setting on or around the mountain’s summit. Situated at 1500m the Resort provides majestic mountain views stretching out over Gippsland all the way to Bass Strait providing panoramic photo opportunities.
Located in the heart of the Mt Baw Baw Village, the Village Restaurant provides you and your party with a modern reception venue seating up to 70 people. Enjoy spectacular views out over the valley and from the alfresco dining deck.

We understand that the entertainment you bring to your reception is integral to the success of the occasion, some couples choose to have a DJ, others choose live entertainment. The Functions & Events Team can book either for you from our wide network of contacts.
Booking and Site Fees
An administration fee of $1000 for a full day set-up and night event is payable upon reservation of the booking date (site coordination, liaison with suppliers, National Parks, exclusive hire of Village Restaurant). This fee also includes free use of the Mount Baw Baw Resort for wedding photos. $500 of this fee is refunded against final payment for weddings and corporate events based on a minimum spend of $2000 for food and bererages* $4000 in winter. Alpine Accomodation for Everyone
Make your wedding a memorable weekend away by removing any travel concerns and inviting guests to stay. Mt Baw Baw offers a variety of affordable on-mountain accommodation to suit any budget. Include an accommodation option on your invite and we will treat you (the bride and groom) to one night complimentary accommodation on the night of your wedding.
