14th May 2011 Mt Baw Baw Weekend Snow Mt Baw baw has had more snow overnight. A resort wide base of 35cms has been reported by CEO Leona Turra. There is great early season snow play and tobogganning available at the resort but beware of the road conditions with all vehicles to carry chains. 2 runs are packed but there are no lifts running. 24th September 2010 Mt Baw Baw Ski Hire will be closing as of this Sunday, 26th September, so there will be no toboggan hire available on the mountain after this date. Visitors to the resort will need to go elsewhere to hire toboggans before travelling to the resort. 21st August 2008 Due to the depth of snow and expected further snowfalls, it is anticipated that Mt Baw Baw will be extending its snow season to 5 pm October 5, 2008 (covering school holidays). There will be reduced accommodation fees as well as the continued lower lift prices. |
