Baw Baw ClassicThe Baw Baw Classic, a challenging a 97 km cycle race from Warragul to Mt Baw Baw, is on again this year. Now in its 12th year, the Classic has become known as Victoria’s toughest one day race. Riders will experience average gradients of 8 degrees as they make the final approach to Mt Baw Baw Village- the steepest gradient is at Winch Corner, at 20.6 degrees. Competitors ride from Warragul through the beautiful West Gippsland towns of Noojee and Tanjil Bren, before making the final ascent up to Mt Baw Baw.
